Esta iniciativa cultural busca recopilar un acervo visual diverso que refleje la riqueza, el colorido y la trascendencia hist\u00f3rica del platillo m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1tico de la gastronom\u00eda poblana durante su temporada alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La convocatoria se mantendr\u00e1 abierta hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de agosto, invitando a fot\u00f3grafos aficionados, profesionales y amantes de la cocina tradicional a plasmar la esencia de los ingredientes locales y la maestr\u00eda culinaria.
