Puntualiz\u00f3 que defender\u00e1n la autonom\u00eda municipal, ya que, de acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 115 constitucional, esta es una de las facultades que corresponden a los gobiernos municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, adelant\u00f3 que el recurso que se obtiene por este concepto es lo que permite fortalecer las finanzas municipales para concretar obras y acciones. De hecho, indic\u00f3 que en la actualidad todo lo que se ha realizado ha sido con recursos propios, sin ning\u00fan apoyo del Gobierno del Estado.<br>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dar a conocer estas acciones no significa que teman alg\u00fan tipo de represalia por no sumarse a estas labores; sin embargo, deber\u00e1n mantener medidas que permitan cuidar el gasto municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que los recursos del predial, cuya recaudaci\u00f3n en el municipio de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula se realiza de manera efectiva, les permiten generar obras, acciones y, sobre todo, brindar mayores servicios p\u00fablicos en favor de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La presidenta municipal de San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, Guadalupe Cuautle Torres, dio a conocer que no entregar\u00e1n el cobro del predial al Gobierno del Estado, como lo han hecho otros municipios.
