{"id":6103,"date":"2022-04-27T19:31:55","date_gmt":"2022-04-27T19:31:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lahora.mx\/?p=6103"},"modified":"2022-04-27T19:31:56","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T19:31:56","slug":"en-san-lazaro-aprueban-carcel-de-45-anos-por-intento-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/index.php\/2022\/04\/27\/en-san-lazaro-aprueban-carcel-de-45-anos-por-intento-de-feminicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"En San L\u00e1zaro aprueban c\u00e1rcel de 45 a\u00f1os por intento de feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>C\u00e1mara de Diputados<\/strong>, en San L\u00e1zaro, aprob\u00f3 castigar con 30 y hasta 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a quienes intenten cometer un&nbsp;<strong>feminicidio<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de que los se\u00f1alados no podr\u00e1n seguir su proceso penal en libertad, por lo que se les puede dictar<strong>&nbsp;prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n del martes, se avalaron las&nbsp;<strong>iniciativas&nbsp;<\/strong>presentadas por&nbsp;<strong>Morena, PAN, PRI, PRD y el Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico (PVEM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esa manera, se permite a los jueces enviar a<strong>\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>\u00a0a quienes cometan o intenten realizar un feminicidio, por lo que los se\u00f1alados\u00a0<strong>no podr\u00e1n gozar de libertad\u00a0<\/strong>condicional, anticipada ni preparatoria.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se aprob\u00f3 que en caso de comprobar que alguien&nbsp;<strong>intent\u00f3 comentar un feminicidio<\/strong>, se le puede castigar con un m\u00ednimo de la mitad de a\u00f1os con los que se penaliza cometer un feminicidio, que son 60 a\u00f1os, por lo que podr\u00e1 haber<strong>&nbsp;sentencias que den hasta 45 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel&nbsp;<\/strong>por intentar asesinar a una mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma ahora fue enviada a la<strong>&nbsp;C\u00e1mara de Senadores<\/strong>, quienes deber\u00e1n analizarla para que, en caso de considerarlo necesario, se hagan modificaciones al<strong>&nbsp;C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales<\/strong>, de la Ley Nacional de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal y del C\u00f3digo Penal Federal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La&nbsp;C\u00e1mara de Diputados, en San L\u00e1zaro, aprob\u00f3 castigar con 30 y hasta 45 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a quienes intenten cometer un&nbsp;feminicidio, adem\u00e1s de que los se\u00f1alados no podr\u00e1n seguir su proceso penal en libertad, por lo que se les puede dictar&nbsp;prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.
