{"id":59798,"date":"2025-03-14T17:23:30","date_gmt":"2025-03-14T17:23:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/?p=59798"},"modified":"2025-03-14T17:23:30","modified_gmt":"2025-03-14T17:23:30","slug":"suplente-de-uruviel-gonzalez-vieyra-rinde-protesta-como-alcalde-interino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/index.php\/2025\/03\/14\/suplente-de-uruviel-gonzalez-vieyra-rinde-protesta-como-alcalde-interino\/","title":{"rendered":"Suplente de Uruviel Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra rinde protesta como alcalde interino"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Rafael Brenes Nepomuceno<\/strong>ya\u00a0<strong>habr\u00eda rendido protesta<\/strong>como alcalde interino de\u00a0<strong>Chalchicomula de Sesma<\/strong>desde el pasado\u00a0<strong>domingo 9 de marzo<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>Cabildo<\/strong>\u00a0que se realiz\u00f3 a puerta cerrada, luego de la detenci\u00f3n de\u00a0Uriel Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>redes sociales<\/strong>extraoficialmente se dijo que por&nbsp;<strong>\u00f3rdenes<\/strong>&nbsp;de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n (<strong>Segob<\/strong>)&nbsp;<strong>Rafael Brenes Nepomuceno<\/strong>&nbsp;ten\u00eda que&nbsp;<strong>rendir protesta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento, el\u00a0Ayuntamiento de Chalchicomula de Sesma\u00a0no ha confirmado nada, ya que\u00a0<strong>no ha dado a conocer<\/strong>\u00a0la toma de protesta de\u00a0<strong>Rafael Brenes Nepomuceno<\/strong>\u00a0al\u00a0<strong>Congreso del Estado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presunta\u00a0<strong>toma de protesta<\/strong>\u00a0se debe a que\u00a0<strong>Uruviel Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra<\/strong>, presidente municipal de Chalchicomula de Sesma fue\u00a0<strong>detenido el 7 de marzo<\/strong>\u00a0y se encuentra en\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva porque se le acusa por el\u00a0<strong>delito de portaci\u00f3n de armas<\/strong>\u00a0del uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito Mexicano.<br>De acuerdo con la&nbsp;<strong>Ley Org\u00e1nica Municipal<\/strong>&nbsp;en su art\u00edculo 52 en su inciso C, los&nbsp;<strong>suplentes<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>rendir\u00e1n protesta<\/strong>&nbsp;como los presidentes municipales cuando los&nbsp;<strong>ediles se ausenten<\/strong>&nbsp;por un periodo de&nbsp;<strong>30 d\u00edas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los&nbsp;<strong>gobiernos municipales<\/strong>&nbsp;deber\u00e1n nombrar a un&nbsp;<strong>encargado de despacho<\/strong>&nbsp;en lo que transcurre el tiempo l\u00edmite, generalmente es un regidor, posteriormente notificar\u00e1n al&nbsp;<strong>Congreso del Estado<\/strong>sobre la&nbsp;<strong>toma de protesta de los suplentes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento, los&nbsp;<strong>hermanos Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra,<\/strong>&nbsp;Giovanni y Uruviel, se encuentran en el penal de mediana seguridad de&nbsp;<strong>Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>&nbsp;y su hermano Ramiro se encuentra&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00f3fugo<\/strong>, ya que la poblaci\u00f3n impidi\u00f3 que fuera detenido por las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00fan se espera la entrada de los&nbsp;<strong>suplentes de Giovanni<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra<\/strong>, alcalde de&nbsp;<strong>Tlachichuca<\/strong>&nbsp;y de&nbsp;<strong>Ramiro Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra<\/strong>, es edil de&nbsp;<strong>San Nicol\u00e1s Buenos Aires<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rafael Brenes Nepomucenoya\u00a0habr\u00eda rendido protestacomo alcalde interino de\u00a0Chalchicomula de Sesmadesde el pasado\u00a0domingo 9 de marzo\u00a0en\u00a0Cabildo\u00a0que se realiz\u00f3 a puerta cerrada, luego de la detenci\u00f3n de\u00a0Uriel Gonz\u00e1lez Vieyra.
