{"id":58214,"date":"2025-02-02T18:02:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-02T18:02:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/?p=58214"},"modified":"2025-02-02T18:02:50","modified_gmt":"2025-02-02T18:02:50","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-al-supuesto-responsable-de-accidente-en-alseseca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/index.php\/2025\/02\/02\/vinculan-a-proceso-al-supuesto-responsable-de-accidente-en-alseseca\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso al supuesto responsable de accidente en Alseseca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dictan\u00a0<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>\u00a0en contra del supuesto responsable del\u00a0accidente\u00a0registrado en\u00a0<strong>Alseseca<\/strong>\u00a0la tarde del mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de enero, en donde\u00a0<strong>fallecieron tres personas<\/strong>\u00a0y cinco m\u00e1s resultaron heridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tarde del s\u00e1bado se efectu\u00f3 una audiencia en contra del\u00a0<strong>supuesto responsable<\/strong>\u00a0de ese accidente\u00a0y despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de tres horas se le dict\u00f3\u00a0<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>\u00a0por los delitos de\u00a0<strong>da\u00f1o en propiedad ajena<\/strong>, lesiones culposas y\u00a0<strong>homicidio culposo<\/strong>, por lo cual el imputado deber\u00e1 permanecer internado en el\u00a0<strong>Cereso de Tecamachalco<\/strong>\u00a0en lo que se hace el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe referir que el\u00a0<strong>accidente<\/strong>\u00a0se registr\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de enero, en el cual se vieron involucradas tres unidades, una vagoneta, un veh\u00edculo tipo Chrysler y un cami\u00f3n tipo torton, fue este tercero el que supuestamente caus\u00f3 el\u00a0<strong>incidente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres de los&nbsp;<strong>fallecidos<\/strong>&nbsp;eran originarios de&nbsp;<strong>San Francisco Altepexi<\/strong>&nbsp;y se dedicaban al comercio, con ellos viajaba un menor, quien present\u00f3 lesiones; el resto es&nbsp;<strong>personal del DIF<\/strong>&nbsp;del&nbsp;<strong>Ayuntamiento de Tlacotepec de Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, de ese hecho una mujer de 25 a\u00f1os&nbsp;<strong>perdi\u00f3 el brazo izquierdo<\/strong>&nbsp;y contin\u00faa en observaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dictan\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada\u00a0en contra del supuesto responsable del\u00a0accidente\u00a0registrado en\u00a0Alseseca\u00a0la tarde del mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de enero, en donde\u00a0fallecieron tres personas\u00a0y cinco m\u00e1s resultaron heridos.
