La Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales del Congreso del Estado dio atenci\u00f3n al oficio suscrito por el magistrado presidente del Consejo de la Judicatura del Poder Judicial del Estado, Jos\u00e9 Eduardo Hern\u00e1ndez S\u00e1nchez por el que comunica los retiros voluntarios de dos magistradas y tres magistrados propietarios del Tribunal Superior de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El oficio recibido por el Congreso del Estado y turnado a la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobernaci\u00f3n y Puntos Constitucionales comunica los retiros voluntarios del cargo de magistradas y magistrados propietarios del Tribunal Superior de Justicia e informa sobre las vacantes respectivas, a efecto de iniciar el procedimiento correspondiente en t\u00e9rminos de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Puebla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
