La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado anunci\u00f3 que se le impuso auto de formal prisi\u00f3n a Iris, hermana de Leonardo y Edmundo Tiro Moranchel, puesto que su proceso legal se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo bajo el anterior sistema penal. La mujer tambi\u00e9n estuvo involucrada en el fraude millonario a trav\u00e9s de SITMA e INVERGROUP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como se dio a conocer en conferencia de prensa, el 24 de enero de 2024 agentes investigadores cumplimentaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Iris N., quien junto a sus hermanos Leonardo N. y Edmundo N., capt\u00f3 recursos de personas bajo la promesa de pagarles intereses superiores a los bancarios, sin cumplir lo ofrecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El monto de lo defraudado asciende a 1,050 millones de pesos, motivo por el que la entonces Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 12 mil querellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la audiencia, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico expuso material probatorio respecto al hecho delictivo y obtuvo auto de formal prisi\u00f3n contra Iris N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Debido a que el proceso legal de Iris se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo conforme al anterior sistema penal debido a que este hecho ocurri\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os, el auto de formal prisi\u00f3n quiere decir que habr\u00eda sido vinculada a proceso por el fraude millonario.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
