La titular del Voluntariado del Congreso del Estado, Vania Vidal Marcelo y el diputado presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, Eduardo Castillo L\u00f3pez entregaron reconocimientos a estudiantes del Instituto de Artes Visuales, quienes plasmaron su creatividad art\u00edstica en el Centro Penitenciario de Ciudad Serd\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los reconocimientos fueron entregados a nueve alumnas y alumnos que asistieron, del 6 al 13 de noviembre, al Centro Penitenciario de Ciudad Serd\u00e1n para la creaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de una secuencia de murales en el \u00e1rea materno infantil, que es donde viven las mujeres privadas de su libertad con sus hijos menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
