La Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPPC) refiri\u00f3 que hecho no se trat\u00f3 de un asalto sino que hab\u00eda sido ejecutado de disparos disparos de armas largas y cortas por un grupo de hombres, siendo una bala en el cr\u00e1neo lo que le quit\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El presunto miembro de la extinta organizaci\u00f3n criminal Los Zetas, es identificado como Rafael Malgarejo, al\u00edas ‘El Profe’, quien presuntamente se escond\u00eda en Puebla, desde ya hace tiempo; el cual fue detenido en 2014 por marinos en la zona de Bosques de San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La SSPPC indic\u00f3 que el ataque sucedi\u00f3 poco despu\u00e9s de las 21:00 horas de la noche, adem\u00e1s de que notific\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) ya tom\u00f3 conocimiento del hecho y proceder\u00e1 a iniciar las investigaciones.
