La lluvia no merm\u00f3 el \u00e1nimo de los tlaxcaltecas que se dieron cita en la Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n para presenciar el encendido de luces, que fue acompa\u00f1ado por la m\u00fasica de mariachi y juegos pirot\u00e9cnicos.
