Durante el altercado, Jos\u00e9 Antonio N. tom\u00f3 un machete y agredi\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima ocasion\u00e1ndole la muerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s el se\u00f1alado trat\u00f3 de ocultar el cad\u00e1ver debajo de la cama, sin embargo, elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal lo detuvieron en flagrancia y pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad ministerial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia judicial, la Fiscal\u00eda del Estado logr\u00f3 que se calificara de legal la detenci\u00f3n, se formulara imputaci\u00f3n y fuera vinculado a proceso Jos\u00e9 Antonio N. a quien se le impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por todo el tiempo que dure el procedimiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jos\u00e9 Antonio N. alias \u201cChicorita\u201d, fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio en raz\u00f3n de parentesco, pues este sujeto en el municipio de Ajalpan, mat\u00f3 a su propio padre con un machete luego de que ambos tuvieron una discusi\u00f3n.
