La ma\u00f1ana de hoy 12 de diciembre agentes ministeriales detuvieron a Gustavo Luis Huerta Yedra, quien fungi\u00f3 como fiscal de Investigaci\u00f3n Metropolitana de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla (FGE) durante el gobierno de Antonio Gali Fayad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fuentes cercanas al caso dieron a conocer que el exfuncionario, que incluso en diciembre de 2018 se convirti\u00f3 en el notario 12 de Cholula, enfrenta cargos por el delito de falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos.

De acuerdo con el Registro Nacional de Detenciones, el tambi\u00e9n exsubsecretario de Investigaci\u00f3n e Inteligencia en la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Estatal (SSP) con Jes\u00fas Morales Rodr\u00edguez al frente, fue detenido a las 11:14 horas de este 12 de diciembre en un retorno a Farmacia Guadalajara del bulevar Municipio Libre, en la Reserva Territorial Atlixcay\u00f3tl.
Aunque al momento ninguna autoridad ha emitido mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre el arresto del citado personaje cabe decir que en mayo de 2020 se le se\u00f1al\u00f3 de haber permitido o ayudado a que Jos\u00e9 Christian N, alias \u201cEl Grillo\u201d, presunto l\u00edder narcomenudista del mercado Morelos hoy preso en el Cefereso de Oaxaca, fuera puesto en libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
