{"id":1722,"date":"2022-01-17T04:26:31","date_gmt":"2022-01-17T04:26:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lahora.mx\/?p=1722"},"modified":"2022-01-17T04:26:31","modified_gmt":"2022-01-17T04:26:31","slug":"cndh-exige-investigar-hallazgo-de-bebe-muerto-en-penal-de-puebla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/index.php\/2022\/01\/17\/cndh-exige-investigar-hallazgo-de-bebe-muerto-en-penal-de-puebla\/","title":{"rendered":"CNDH exige investigar hallazgo de beb\u00e9 muerto en penal de Puebla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tras darse a conocer el descubrimiento del cuerpo de un beb\u00e9 de aproximadamente tres meses al interior de un contenedor de basura en el\u00a0 Centro Estatal de Reinserci\u00f3n Social (CERESO) en San Miguel Puebla La Comisi\u00f3n\u00a0 Nacional de Derechos Humanos\u00a0 CNDH determin\u00f3 ejercer su facultad de atracci\u00f3n e iniciar la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente de los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>La CNDH solicit\u00f3 medidas cautelares al subsecretario de Centros Penitenciarios del estado de Puebla y a la Unidad Especializada de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a fin de que se colabore con la investigaci\u00f3n que permita esclarecer los hechos, se garanticen los derechos humanos y se refuercen los controles de vigilancia, revisi\u00f3n e ingreso en el CERESO.
