{"id":12979,"date":"2022-09-07T01:32:14","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T01:32:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lahora.mx\/?p=12979"},"modified":"2022-09-07T01:32:15","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T01:32:15","slug":"procesan-a-custodios-implicados-en-homicidio-de-reo-en-tepexi-de-rodriguez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lahora.mx\/index.php\/2022\/09\/07\/procesan-a-custodios-implicados-en-homicidio-de-reo-en-tepexi-de-rodriguez\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesan a custodios implicados en homicidio de reo en Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo con el aporte de datos probatorios la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de cuatro polic\u00edas estatales custodios por su presunta responsabilidad en el homicidio de un interno del Centro Penitenciario de Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los actos de investigaci\u00f3n practicados se determin\u00f3 que el 17 de agosto de 2022 los imputados presuntamente golpearon a la v\u00edctima caus\u00e1ndole lesiones que provocaron despu\u00e9s su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por los hechos, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla aprehendi\u00f3 y present\u00f3 ante la autoridad judicial a: Eliseo David N. alias \u201cEl Aguacate\u201d, Javier N. alias \u201cEl Pinocho\u201d, Librado N. alias \u201cMazinger\u201d y Sergio N. alias \u201cEl Trujeque\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras analizar los datos probatorios que exhibi\u00f3 el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Regional en diferentes audiencias, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo con el aporte de datos probatorios la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de cuatro polic\u00edas estatales custodios por su presunta responsabilidad en el homicidio de un interno del Centro Penitenciario de Tepexi de Rodr\u00edguez.
